Acrylic and ink on maple wood, layered plexiglass, epoxy resin finish, blue-trim edges

[ Description ]

A sculptural portrait composed of three interdependent layers — wood, plexiglass, and epoxy resin — engineered to manipulate light and perception. Roman’s Spectrum of Self examines the shifting nature of identity through geometry and reflection. The interplay of color and transparency transforms the static image into a living optical experience. Each viewing reveals a different emotional frequency, merging contemporary abstraction with human depth.
